Gestvia is Calella's municipal company, created to manage aspects related to the city's mobility: zones blavas (blue zones), road signs, the municipal towing service, and public transportation in the Carrilet (narrow-gauge railway) tourist train, as well as a range of projects to improve transportation and traffic in Calella.

Road space is, like all public spaces, a limited resource that needs to be shared and managed. In this sense, Gestvia is a tool for implementing the Calella City Council's mobility policies, channeling the revenue obtained from managing the blue zones into the city's mobility projects.
